Blog #2 - Kristen

I found this video extremely informational but at the same time, slightly hard to follow. The diagrams and the storyline were helpful in understanding the evolution of the internet. It amazed me how much events in history affected the development of the internet; especially how the fear of a missile attack modified how networks were arranged. It is fascinating how advanced technology has become since the 1950s - a computer that once occupied an entire room now sits conveniently on our desks and laps. This video helped me understand how the changes in technology came about and illuminated the potential of what technology today can become.
