The video is simple but informative and illustrative. After watching it, I realized how complicated the process of the development of the internet was. It was surprising that there is a big difference between how people in the 1950s and us nowadays use internet. It is really amazing to know that through all the processes like batch-processing, time-sharing and file-sharing, it evolved into a running internet in 1990 and gave us a variety of ways of using it now. It gives rise to an influence on us in how we share information and communicate. Previously, I didn’t pay much attention in the birth of the internet but now the video made me understand its great contribution to people over time. The developers’ effort on the internet worth our appreciation and we should utilize it well and appropriately.
