Practicum - Eric 1

I have the Wiki assignment, so naturally I signed up as a user on Wikipedia. So far it looks like being a user allows you to have discussions with other users, change the layout of the pages (on your screen only), and keep a watch on specific pages. I'm sure we've all been using Wikipedia for years and know they we can all edit pages, so I'm going to try to find pages that I can contribute to over the next few weeks. For now all I have done is changed my default appearance and a few other account settings. I'll look around for other wiki-like sites to work on too.
